This position will focus on facilitating developmental and rehabilitative programs to help patients regain independence after illness, injury, or disabilities. Assess patient condition and plan individualized treatment based on specific needs. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and daily function. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients and family members on treatments and techniques to aid in recovery and enhance quality of life. Maintain patient records and document patient status and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements. Adapt treatment plans in response to patient progress and feedback. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in patient assessment and therapy techniques Ability to handle physically demanding tasks Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Occupational Therapist license NBCOT certification preferred CPR certification
