    Duties and Responsibilities
    The Security and Emergency Management Staff supports security services for the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys (EOUSA) and the United States Attorneys' Offices (USAO). Responsibilities include:
    
    • 
      
    • Conducting safety and health surveys and inspections of EOUSA and USAO facilities, drafting detailed reports with evaluations and recommendations.
      
    • Assisting in developing agency-wide safety standards and policies, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Program standards as per the Department of Labor OSHA.
      
    • Participating in inquiries on job-related injuries or unsafe conditions, managing records for injuries and illnesses.
      
    • Conducting safety and health training sessions and coordinating safety conferences.
      
    • Engaging in special projects to improve safety and health in Department facilities.
      
      Knowledge and Qualifications
      
      • 
        
      • Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree, in developing and implementing safety programs for dispersed workforces.
        
      • Expertise in OSHA and US Government safety regulations, facility inspections, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
