Job Description Job Description Our team is currently seeking bilingual (Spanish) leasing consultants to work at a community in Alexandria, Virginia, and the surrounding areas! Responsibilities: Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about amenities Bilingual English and Spanish Take diligent notes and record specific details about prospects' needs and wants for their future home Report to Property Manager with updates and list of duties to be completed Host open houses on weekends when applicable Stay up-to-date on *special offers* - may change on a daily basis Research surrounding area to adequately communicate the benefits of living in the area Administrative tasks where needed Qualifications: Leasing experience required Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer All applicants who complete registration paperwork are subject to a background screening ZrALX
