Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contracted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is available near Crowley, TX, serving students in a K-12 school setting. This full-time role (30 hours/week) focuses on providing behavioral support to students with moderate to severe special education needs throughout the school year (CSY). The position is itinerant with a flexible schedule, involving varying start and end times each day. Key responsibilities include delivering Social Emotional Learning (SEL) training, providing behavior reset opportunities, and managing some cases on a one-to-one basis. One student in the caseload requires assistance with physical and verbal aggression management and has cerebral palsy, necessitating wheelchair support. Candidates must be able to safely lift, transfer, and reposition students and equipment.
