This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced

to excel. Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while
preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests. Greet
guests and take beverage and food orders in a friendly and
professional manner. Combine ingredients to create classic and
innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and
expectations. Check guests’ identification to ensure they meet
minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Manage the bar inventory and supplies. Maintain cleanliness in all
areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and
storage areas. Assess customers' preferences and make
recommendations on beverage choices. Process transactions and
ensure that all bills are paid correctly. Manage multiple tables
efficiently without reducing service quality. Engage with guests to
ensure they have a positive experience that meets the high
standards of Marriott International. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm and work efficiently
under pressure. Strong understanding of bar equipment and cocktail
preparation techniques. Proficient in managing payments and using
point-of-sale systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including
nights, weekends, and holidays. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k TIPS Certification or
equivalent responsible alcohol service certification. Food
Handler’s Certification (as per local regulations).
