Qualify customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options that match their criteria. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance. Negotiate pricing and trade-ins effectively. Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchase process. Maintain knowledge of new models, inventory, and promotions. Follow up with customers to ensure post-purchase satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to team success. Qualifications: Previous sales experience in automotive, retail, or related fields preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven attitude. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and maximize earning potential. Must be a team player with a customer-first mindset. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
