Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a premier provider of
diverse security solutions, is seeking an innovative and strategic
Business Development Manager to expand our market reach and enhance
our service offerings. In this role, you will leverage deep
industry insights and a consultative selling approach to build and
nurture relationships with both new and existing clients. Your
expert knowledge in security and law enforcement will enable you to
tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, thereby
driving the company's growth and reinforcing its position as a
leader in the security services industry. Define and execute
business development strategies aimed at expanding market share
within the security services sector. Identify potential clients and
develop persuasive approaches to convert them into long-term
partners. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions that
enhance their security posture. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams, including marketing and product development, to align
business strategies and innovations with market needs. Prepare
detailed proposals and presentations that clearly outline the value
and benefits of our services. Negotiate contracts and close
agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in the security and law enforcement
industry to guide strategic directions and offerings. Proven
experience in business development or sales within the security or
related industry. Strong understanding of the security services
market and its regulatory environment. Exceptional interpersonal
and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasive
skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
effectively. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional
certifications in Sales or Business Development (e.g., Certified
Business Development Manager, CBDM). Certifications related to
security or law enforcement are highly desirable.
