Your expertise will help us continue to lead the industry in on-site guarding, electronic security, fire, and safety services. Manage and grow a portfolio of security service accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop customized security solutions that meet client-specific requirements. Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their security needs and provide strategic recommendations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of security services. Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, including challenges, successes, and opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Handle contract negotiations and renewals with clients, aiming to achieve long-term partnerships. Strong knowledge of security systems and technologies Excellent client management and negotiation skills Ability to analyze complex security data and offer strategic solutions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) - preferred Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
