Create Team Synergy - Drive Continuous Innovation - Deliver with Integrity - Freedom to Own It Job Title: Cybersecurity Sales Executive - Commercial Reports To: Integrator/President Job Description:As a Cyber Security Sales executive, you will be directly responsible for establishing and managing the growth of our cybersecurity sales opportunities, providing highlights and guidance on sales forecasting, processes, reporting, enablement, and commercial market development. You will work closely with the cybersecurity team and play a key role in establishing growth strategies, partner growth, and solution development. This role also includes direct interface with senior client executives, partners, and key account pursuits. You will also be responsible for the development of key channels, client segments, as well as the development of individual sales strategy and goals for cybersecurity. Job Details:Category: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried plus commission planLocation: North East, Mid-Atlantic, or South East regionSchedule: Flexible schedule, Mon-Fri between 8 am and 6 pm,Travel: To client sites as required. Minimal travel requirements Building and maintaining executive relationships with clients, partners, and prospectsIdentify key decision makers while developing and qualifying new business opportunitiesAcquire new client accounts through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnershipsIdentify prospect security and technical requirements and business challengesQualify opportunities to determine scope and develop proposal solutions and servicesDevelop business development leads for planning and coordination with key partnersPerform sales functions and have experience in cold calling, lead generation and prospectingInterface with senior executives and support key opportunity capture leads delivering cybersecurity business development solutions and servicesDevelop relationships that enable sales coordination and account meetingsDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies and account plans to establish and manage client leads, service delivery and client satisfactionIdentify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiatorsProvide forecasting and reporting models to provide visibility into sales pipelineSupport market development and marketing activitiesDevelop proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and client requirementsActively participate at trade shows, conferences, and events including speaking engagements and presenting technical demonstrationsProactively communicate with clients and prospects to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and pass on feedback or instructions to the appropriate delivery departmentOther Duties as assignedUphold the Core Values of SecureStrux Qualifications and Skills:The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experienceProven 10+ years track record of selling commercial cybersecurity solutions and servicesExperience selling Federal government or Defense Industrial Base solutions and services - preferredExperience designing and presenting technical solutions and services to meet client needsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsProfessional presentation skillsSelf-starter, cooperative attitude; team player, accountableMust have excellent interpersonal and time management skillsMust possess a high degree of intelligence, competence, maturity, adaptability, integrity and initiativeClear, logical, and persuasive communication skills with an ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levelsExcellent attention to detailExperience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-Level executive(s)Previous Sales/Business Development methodology training and CRM experienceExperience managing and closing complex sales cyclesTrack records of over-achieving sales quota in past role(s)Experience using social media to prospect - preferredKnowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cybersecurity framework(s) and other cybersecurity regulations - preferredCompTIA's Security+ certification or other relevant cybersecurity certification(s) - preferredHave the ability to obtain or hold a minimum of a DoD Secret clearance - preferred Working conditions:Physical Demands: Working at a stationary desk with sit and stand options availableTyping on QWERTY style keyboardViewing of a lighted computer monitorSpeaking on the telephone and in-person conversations with clients, partners, and vendorsWalking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds Supporting Other Departments: Direct interaction and collaboration with Marketing, Delivery, Contracts and Federal BD sales team SecureStrux is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
