Job Description:

Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance & Data Digitization Analyst in Alexandria, VA. The objective of this work is to provide support services to our federal government customer's ongoing records management and data digitization efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : * Assist with ongoing data digitization and organization and records management efforts. * Perform testing, inspection, and quality assurance/quality control processes on records, datasets, and software solutions. * Identify areas of non-conformance and develop and implement corrective action plans to ensure conformance to documentation standards. Basic Qualifications: * Experience with performing tests or inspections and collecting data for evaluation of software solutions or products. * Experience with documenting, reviewing, validating non-conformance; ensuring validation with associated corrective action is performed to assure non-conformance is eliminated. * Experience with quality inspection and root cause and corrective action (RCCA). Desired Skills: * Experience with records management preferred.
