Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Experience in metal manufacturing a plus. - Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. - Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and operators to achieve production targets. - Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations. - Manage the plant budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications: - Preferred - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field - Proven experience in plant management or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of supply chain management, operations management, and quality control principles. - Experience in implementing lean manufacturing practices and driving process improvement initiatives. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required.
