Job Description:
KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and
highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. This
position will require at least 50% onsite work in St. Inigoes, MD.
This position is contingent upon contract award. -Established in
July 2013, KAIROS, Inc. is a growing Woman Owned Small Business
(WOSB) providing full life cycle Cybersecurity, Program Management,
Systems Engineering, and Training and Education services focused on
optimizing customers' program performance and mission through
proven methodologies and ethical practices. Our headquarters is in
California, MD near Naval Air Station Patuxent River. We offer

potential. This position will perform work both on their own as
well as with the team evaluating electrical systems. It will
support the development of customized mobile platforms and requires
knowledge of AC and DC systems with the ability to operate for
extended periods on integrated batteries. This position will
support the full life cycle of the program's equipment including
design and development, integration and testing, and post-delivery
customization and modifications. Primary Duties:
Provide engineering and program
support on planning, design, test, evaluation, and systems
engineering Perform design analysis and calculations for electrical
projects and be responsible for the preparation of final
drawingsCollaborate and communicate effectively with other
stakeholders internal to, and external to, the design team Perform
engineering and technical reviews of specifications and
drawingsSkills and Qualifications:
Capable of performing detailed
analysis of complex data to identify problems and recommend
solutionsAbility to apply engineering and scientific practices to
ensure validity/accuracy of test resultsKnowledge of developing
plans to update, integrate and implement systems that support
technical data Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation
skills. Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a
commitment to quality.Microsoft office proficiency. Ability to work
within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility
to work independentlyAbility to multi-task and meet competing,
deliverable deadlinesDetail orientedExcellent interpersonal and

adapt to evolving technology---Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical
Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or other related
technical disciplineThree (3) to ten (10) years of electrical
engineering experienceClearance: This position is subject to a
government security investigation and must meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information. This position
requires an Active Secret Security Clearance. KAIROS, Inc. provides
