KBR's Defense Systems Engineering Business Unit (DSE BU)
provides full spectrum engineering and technical solutions across
the life cycle of DoD military systems on land, at sea, in the air

Program Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) with an active SECRET
clearance to support our customer at the Office of the Secretary of
Defense for Personnel and Readiness. This role is responsible for
hands-on support to effectively implement the policies, plans,
procedures, actions and milestones necessary for the sustainment
and increased utilization of Readiness in support of the DRRS
Implementation Office at the Mark Center located in Alexandria,
VA.Specifically, the candidate will:1. -Serves as an Analyst for
the DRRS Implementation Office (DIO) on readiness related issues.2.
Specific areas of focus will include Readiness and Force Structure
matters.3. Research, collect, structure, ingest, and analyze data
for historical, current, and future military readiness.4. Provide
subject matter expertise on current and projected future force
structure capabilities.5. Establish relationships with the
services, DoD and Joint Staff's to maintain situation awareness and
understanding of current & future force structure plans and
initiatives.6. Establish datasets/tables to track services task
organization and force structure for services deploying in support
of Combatant Command (CCMD) operations.7. Assist with the
development of advanced analytical and visualization
tools.Preferred Qualifications:Active Secret Clearance with ability
to obtain TS/SCI.Minimum 10 years of experience to include: 5
years' experience in military readiness, operations research,
analytical studies, or projects in support of military operations
and training. 5 years of experience with DoD headquarters,
operations, or training positions. Experience may be achieved
simultaneously.Staff experience at the department, military
service, or major command level.Knowledge and experience with
Readiness Reporting Systems and capabilities.Knowledge of Force
Structure at the department level, service, or major
command.Knowledge of Joint Operations or Joint Staff experience.KBR
