POSITION SUMMARY
Work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment helping prospective residents find the perfect apartment to call home. Driven by a desire to build relationships, excel at connecting with prospective residents by developing an understanding of their needs to ensure that we deliver the best in apartment living.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• 
  
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to recommend the right apartment or the best retailer in the neighborhood.
  
• Conduct thoughtful and personalized tours to prospective residents to locate the apartment that best meets their needs, which ultimately results in new leases.
  
• Coordinate with residents and the team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
  
• Participate in community activities and social events to build resident relationships.
  
• Leverage resident relationships and creativity to quickly respond to resident requests to drive resident satisfaction.
  
• Get to know residents and connect them to each other as supportive neighbors, which will build a culture where everyone feels like they belong and has something to contribute
  
• Actively engage residents, to curate moments when residents can have leadership in community life, solve problems, and support other residents
  
• Assist in the planning and implementation of community building activities and social events to bring residents together around shared concerns and interests and create a sense of belonging, agency and mutual support in the housing community.
  
• Intentionally build and utilize resident relationships to respond to all resident requests in a timely manner to drive resident satisfaction and increase sense of community.
  
• Work a flexible schedule to include weekends.
  
  WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)
  
  • 
    
  • Experience in customer service-related fields such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants, and the highest standards of integrity, creativity, and teamwork.
    
  • Experience at communities in the Affordable Housing space is preferred.
    
  • Ability to build relationships with people from different socio-economic backgrounds and work on multi-cultural teams.
    
  • Interest and passion for community building and racial equity.
    
  • Outstanding sales skills and a desire for continual learning and professional development.
    
  • Strong aptitude for computer systems and software.
