We are in need of a motivated Configuration Manager to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization. Our ideal candidate will------.. Establishes and maintains configuration and data management policies and procedures to be utilized by department personnel and other participating functions to ensure a standard and cost effective approach to the application of configuration and data management requirements. Manages the development and maintenance of configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and externally purchased Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products. Knows and understands software configuration management concepts, goals, benefits, and standard strategies to achieve those goals. Ensures the integrity, reliability and reproducibility of developing products from conception to release.Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
• 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
• or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Government clearance with enhanced background checksPreferred Requirements
  • Experience writing and maintaining Configuration Management Plans, Standards Operating Procedures.
  • Experience developing and improving Program CM processes including "Agile" methodology.
  • Experience documenting and performing version control processes and procedures.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining program CM document libraries.
  • Experience in scheduling, facilitating, and recording meeting minutes for CM meetings.
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to think independently with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills.Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
