OBXtek is staffing for a SIGINT Analyst (Senior) for the Army
TENCAP SETA - program supporting the Product Manager TENCAP (PdM
TENCAP). PdM TENCAP falls under Program Executive Office -
Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S) and
chartered with the responsibility of executing the Army's TENCAP
program. Army TENCAP's mission is to enable the Army to rapidly
exploit and influence National capabilities and architectures. Army
TENCAP conducts advanced development and rapid prototyping to
enhance, inform, and modernize Army capabilities.
Key member and Senior SIGINT Analyst for the contractor TENCAP
Product Development team. The SIGINT Analyst will provide provide
assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of
existing and proposed Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based SIGINT
components of Army TENCAP architectures, including identification
of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare
recommendations for consideration by PdM TENCAP. Participate in
forums with external organizations concerning employment,
acquisition, and development of SIGINT collection, processing
exploitation and dissemination systems. Recommend and evaluate
SIGINT policy, architecture, requirements and system development
decisions for Army Staff. Apply SIGINT expertise on the operations
of National and Tactical SIGINT systems; and TTPs. The contractor
shall participate in the SIGINT portions of New Equipment Training
(NET) and refresher training.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive
Compartmentalized Information (SCI) security clearance.
- Minimum of 15 years experience as a SIGINT analyst in the IC or
DoD, or shall have a minimumof seven years experience providing
subject matter expertise to DoD SIGINT programs/projects.
- Master's Degree in engineering, engineering science, physical
science, or mathematical sciencediscipline.
- Recommended: Experience on the operation of National and
Tactical GEOINT systems and associated tactics, techniques, and
Security ClearanceTop Secret with SCI eligibility
