We consider our employees family and have a tight knit network for support and comfort right at work!MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION:Under supervision of the Executive Director, the goal of this position is to create a clean and orderly environment for our clients and guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation and creates safety for all clients and guests. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishingEnsure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standardsProtect equipment and make sure there are no inadequaciesNotify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbancesDeal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patienceCheck stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriateAdhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practicesPerforming a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishingEnsuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standardsProtecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequaciesResponsible for repairing, servicing, and up keep of all the units and systems of a facility. Working knowledge of all safety standards and procedures for a residential facility. Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures.Knowledge And Skills:
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeperAbility to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performanceCustomer-oriented and friendlyPrioritization and time management skills Working quickly without compromising qualityEducation And Experience:
