ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesPROVIDE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORTThe contractor shall provide services for program management support including, but not limited to, the following:a. Assist the Government in the acquisition and implementation of contract solutions to counter and deter WMD, improvised threats, and threat networks within schedule and budget constraints. b. Assist the Government in preparing project budgets and schedules.c. Assist the Government with travel and deployment operations including rotational schedules, pre-deployment work up, Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Government-Furnished Information (GFI) arrangements, and drafting Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for Government signature, incident tracking, and logisticsd. Draft Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and other reports for internal and external budgetary planning and execution activities and compliance related to DTRA contract portfolios. e. Monitor internal and external financial resources and participate in technical and administrative reviews.f. Draft and monitor program-related financial documentation (e.g., Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR).g. Prepare, coordinate, and brief presentations and ensure the accurate and timely collection, organization, maintenance, and analysis of cost-, performance-, and schedule-related data. h. Maintain continuous awareness of cost and budget information on all assigned projects and initiatives. i. Prepare program-related documentation, as directed, and prepare, coordinate, and brief budget-related information. j. Provide acquisition training on DTRA processes at the novice level and refresher training at the journeyman level. The training shall be modularized to enable the user to select the needed training without having to repeat areas of proficiency. The training materials shall be kept current as changes to policies or best practices are identified. The training shall consist of self-help capabilities and desk-side and classroom instruction.k. Provide a full range of project management activities, including executive briefings, MSRs, quality risk management, and configuration management for result-oriented project management. This shall include:1. Analyzing adherence to established, integrated program management schedules for operational activities that support DTRA leadership.2. Providing independent assessment and analysis of potential solutions to fill capability needs and reviewing operational/contingency plans.3. Providing technical analysis, program management tools, decision support tools, and training and education materials on these tools to analyze requirements to support technical customer systems engineering and analysis.4. Contributing to technical working groups and interchange meetings, program management reviews, and requirements review meetings. QualificationsQualifications Required

  • CDFM preferred/5+ years financial support to gov't program or 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Must be based in the DC Metro Area/Northern Virginia Additional Requirements
