For more information, please visit: www.guidehouse.com. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesPROVIDE LONG-RANGE STRATEGIC PLANNING SUPPORTSupport of DTRA long-range strategic planning:a. Draft and interpret high-level operational and organizational performance requirements.b. Support the development and monitoring of DTRA mission performance measures.c. Perform concept and feasibility studies, conduct cost/benefit and should cost analyses for new initiatives, and analyze program effectiveness and efficiency.d. Conduct studies and analyses.e. Provide subject matter expertise and strategic planning support for issues involving intelligence policy and interaction with IC components.f. Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), reorganization, and staffing activities.PROVIDE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT SUPPORT SERVICESSupport DTRA in long-range strategic planning including the recommendation and interpretation of high-level operational and organizational performance improvement requirements. The contractor shall perform concept and feasibility studies, conduct cost/benefit and should-cost analyses for new initiatives, and analyze program effectiveness and efficiency. The contractor shall prepare findings in Technical Reports QualificationsQualifications Required

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Subject Matter Experts do not have specific experience/education qualifications but are typically identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise. Subject Matter Experts typically perform the following kinds of functions: Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a projects inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs; Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • 10 years planning experience; DOD planner training/certification
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Must be based in the DC Metro Area/Northern Virginia Additional Requirements
