Job Description:
D2D: Will work on a team of 3 Techs to support roughly 215 users
across 4 offices nationwide. Will provide remote and in-person
technical support covering (but not limited to): 0365, MS Office
Suite, Active Directory, Network Connectivity, Network Printers,
IPhones/IPads, Imaging Laptops, etc. The Candidate will likely also
help with some inventory management, data entry, and
shipping/receiving/tracking of IT equipment.Must Haves: 3+ years of
IT Support experience (remote and in-person)Experience with as much
of the above (D2D) as possible)Strong communications skills,
ability to work on-site everydayBig plus for any relevant
degrees/certsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $22.00 - $26.00 per
hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Alexandria,
VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
