Dynamis is seeking a Defense Analyst to support the Navy Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP). This position entails supporting and participating in the evaluation of DoD programs, systems, and policies for compliance with arms control treaties, agreements, U.S. policies, nonproliferation agreements, implementation and compliance documentation. A successful applicant will need the skills to research, analyze, synthesize and appropriately distill information from acquisition, technical, or requirements documentation.ResponsibilitiesProvide and maintain subject matter experts with skills to research, analyze, synthesize and appropriately distill information from acquisition, technical, or requirements documentation.Propose cogent recommendations and provide technically accurate and coherently argued treaty compliance rationale and conclusions for the ACCAs.Prepare formal CAP correspondence in accordance with DON correspondence Manual (SECNAV M5216.5) and CAP promulgated policies and proceduresProvide daily documentation management of the Navy Compliance Assessment Program (NCAP) DatabaseMonitor and perform data mining of Navy and Marine Corps databases and websites to identify and obtain necessary information on programs and activities requiring assessments.

Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor Degree (B.A./B.S.)Possess an active DoD Secret ClearanceExperience: 5-10+ years' experience in arms control, international relations, national security policy, public policy, etc.Preferred RequirementsMaster's DegreeExperience with DoD Acquisition lifecycle and programming, planning, budgeting, and execution is encouraged.PM21 PI135295607
