ACS group has an immediate need for a Pega Consultant (LSA/CSA/CSSA) with experience in the Telecommunication domain. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity and is located in Alpharetta, GA. Our client is a leading Telecom company. Top Skills: Pega, PRPC, BPM, LSA/CSA/CSSA Key Responsibilities: --- Strong knowledge on Case management and hands-on experience on complex enterprise case life cycles.--- Good hands-on experience related to Pega BPM, Case Management, SOA & EAI.--- Implementation of PRPC application involving different components including flows, activities, assignments, Harness, Sections, listeners, Agents, connectors, services, Functions, Core java programming--- Knowledge of the following Pega Framework and Tools: CS (CPM), AES / PDC.--- Must be LSA/CSA/CSSA certified Key Requirements and Technology Experience: You will design logic for new and existing offers to customers, using tools that include Jira and the Pega .Designing and deploying changes to new and existing offer logic.Working closely with the IT Development team, including consultants, to execute on offers.Tracking all changes using Jira and the Proposition Matrix master document.Project-managing, prioritizing, and scheduling the team's workstack by partnering withMarketing and IT to effectively balance business needs and IT requirements.Managing the triage process for offer validation issues during testing and troubleshooting.Serving as the logic team's single point of contact for triage, and working cross-functionallywith testing and IT partners.You will leverage your working knowledge in business intelligence and analytics, as well as the use ofpredictive models. You will have or be able to quickly develop a technical understanding of logic designand development within the Pega PRPC Real Time Decisioning platform.
