Play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of metering service orders and driving seamless market transactions for retailers. Bring your customer-focused service to our retailer inquiries, managing service orders, and proactively resolving issues. Through process improvement and collaboration with stakeholders, you'll help enhance our service delivery and data quality while being part of a high-performing, motivated environment.This role is based at our brand-new, state-of-the-art South Metro Depot in Forrestdale, conveniently located next to Tonkin Highway. Spanning across 120,000 square meters, the depot features the latest infrastructure and technology, empowering employees to create a healthy work-life balance in an inclusive and diverse workplace.Your Role in Action

• Processing metering service orders accurately in the HUB system within the service level agreement.
• Contributing to process, system, and output improvements through innovation and creativity.
• Planning and implementing daily and weekly work allocations.
• Escalating issues and risks appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Liaising with internal and external service providers to ensure quality data provision and service delivery.
