The Import/Export Logistics Specialist will primarily be responsible for preparation of U.S. export documentation, accurate execution of export shipments and coordination with logistics suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods. Will help coordinate import shipments through global suppliers to ensure on-time delivery performance. The Import/Export & Logistics Specialist will work with internal and external customers to effectively meet the logistics demands of the company?s client base. Key performance measures are on-time delivery, accuracy and efficiency of logistics deliverables.

?Experience handling multiple coordination tasks relating to the movement of freight.

?Strong understanding of export rules, regulations and also import writing.

?Experienced in filing export paperwork and working with customs.

?Excellent organizational and skills.

?Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

?Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
