Job Description:
Duties--- Leads and coordinates the efforts of other IT
Specialists and contractors in solving complex and far-reaching
enterprise architecture issues and problems for a wide range of
systems, applications and customers.--- Develops, implements, and
ensures compliance with plans, policies, standards,
infrastructures, and architectures that establish the framework for
the management of all IT programs.--- Analyzes, plans, designs,
documents, assesses and manages the IT enterprise structural
framework to align enterprise systems with the mission, goals and
processes of the user organizations.--- Issues include assessing
the need to develop new systems, building systems to comply with
DoD guidance and ensuring systems meet user needs.--- Furnishes
expert technical advice and recommendations on major problem areas
in assigned fields of specialization.--- Develops contingency and
long-range plans, and responses to unexpected/unplanned,
externally-driven requirements.--- Defines customer and stakeholder
needs and constraints, clarifies objectives, develops resource
requirements and applies enterprise architecture principles.---
Develops and manages technical requirements and achieve the
appropriate balance among resources, schedule and technical
requirements.--- Develops, coordinates, and promotes interagency
cooperative efforts in the management, utilization, and operation
of data processing and data communication resources.--- Designs and
implements new or cutting-edge programs/processesDevelops new
insight into situations and applies innovative solutions to make
organizational improvementsRequirements Conditions of Employment---
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness
determination, as determined by a completed background

Selective Service Registration.--- One year trial/probationary
period may be required.--- You will be required to provide proof of
U.SCitizenship.--- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and
Technology Workforce position.--- Selectees must meet position
requirements for certification at Level 1 (Foundational) in the
Acquisition Career Field - Engineering and Technical Management
within 36 months of entrance on duty.--- This position requires the
incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of
eligibility for a Secret Security clearance or access for the
duration of employment.--- This position requires submission of a
Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, upon entering the position
and annually thereafter.--- This position has a Temporary Duty
(TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.--- This is
a Defense Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) position as
outlined in DoDD 8140.01 - Cyberspace Workforce Management, Encl 2,
Par 9(c)(d).--- This is a Term position scheduled to last 5
years.--- Term employment is subject to a one-year trial
periodEmployees serving a trial period can be removed with limited
appeal rights.--- This position requires an Official Passport with
no travel restrictions, or incumbent must be able to obtain a

document Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this
position your resume must describe one year of specialized
experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 or equivalent) grade
level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Performing duties
of an Enterprise Architect; 2) Formulating, planning, implementing,
managing, tracking and evaluating large scale and extremely complex
IT enterprise architecture projects and their associated
requirements and risks; AND 3) Applying enterprise architecture
principles to develop and manage technical requirementsAND
Applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of
the four competencies listed below based on the grade level
required of the position being filled: 1) Attention to Detail - Is
thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to
detail2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that
is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products
that your work unit produces, including the general public,
individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or
