• Employment Type: StaffInova Schar and Cancer is seeking a dedicated Retai l Pharmacist to join the team.The Retail Pharmacist is responsible for assessing and monitoring the needs and progress of patients regarding drug therapy while providing education and information to patients, families, team members, physicians, and the community. Fills and verifies medication orders while assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting the care of patients/populations served. Participates in patient care which is appropriate to the patients' age, diagnosis, symptoms, and physician orders, while following established policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to Pharmacy operations while providing functional supervision of professional, paraprofessional and support staff.This is a Fulltime various shifts position.
