Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for Service Supervisor positions with a company that provides a range of products and services to businesses including uniforms, mats, mops, cleaning and restroom supplies, first aid and safety products, fire extinguishers and testing, and safety courses.

Position Details
Location: Alexandria, VA
Compensation: $70K - $75K + $5K Target
Shift: M-F; with flex hours/days, depending on client needs
Travel: 10%, occasional overnight

Position Description
As a Service Supervisor, you will work directly with customer facing service team both on route and in-house. Responsibilities include supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales, and the pick-up and delivery of products to customers; hiring, training, developing, and evaluating the service team to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assisting the service team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.

Position Requirements
--- B.S. Degree or 2-year degree working on 4-year.
--- 2-4 years of leadership experience.
--- Training experience is highly beneficial.
--- Hands on leadership approach, you will be accompanying service reps to customer visits or performing visits on your own as needed.
