CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for an Advanced Analytics Functional Support person for work supporting our headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Required Skills Providing advanced functional analytics support including: Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations Application of analytical tools, practices, techniques and advanced statistics to understanding a variety of complex workforce topics Use statistical programming software such as STATA, Python, SPSS, R, SAS to create statistical, regression, and other models Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques provide develop, customize, and maintain dashboards, other visualizations to meet ongoing reporting needs: Statistical and Regression Analysis Predictive Analytics and Predictive Modeling Time-Series Analysis and Forecasting Scenario What-if Analysis Cluster Analysis Advanced Data Analysis using Python, R, etc. Required Experience Translate business needs to technical specifications Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting Develop analysis, forecasting and optimization methods/models to provide business insights to key stakeholders Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers Provide technical assistance and building understanding among partners about the effective use of data Develop complex data analysis, methodologies, and predictive data models to assess various workforce elements Applying data science towards understanding and operationalizing key workforce topics including in the development of predictive or prescriptive analytics, chatbots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Creating and maintaining logical and physical data security frameworks Development and maintenance of data sources and data visualizations Content migration of analytics solutions across technologies Candidates MUST have the following: Must have practical field experience in the last year, with a minimum of 5 years work experience in healthcare data analytics. Must have worked within VA/VHA Must be familiar with and have worked with VHA data.
