We attribute our continued success to our most important and valuable asset: our diverse community of loyal, dedicated, and hardworking team members that go out of their way to impress our clients at every opportunity.Job Overview:Under the general direction of the Billing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all ABC jobs/services are properly documented and billed accordingly.Responsibilities:Ensures all pre-bill documents are received from the assigned job sites promptlyAccurately prepares and collates bills to be mailed or couriered to client sites.Processes any billing corrections as they ariseCompletes credit reference and W9 documents per customer requestWorks closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure all billed moneys are collected in an accurate and timely manner.Answers customer questions regarding billing issues.Processes credit memos as needed.Other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's preferredSuperior customer service ability and experience in working with clients directly both via email and over the phoneStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle multiple tasks without losing focusAdditional Information:ABC Imaging offers PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, 401k and other benefits.We take pride in the quality of our work and dedication to our customers and in our collective team spirit.Join us and be a part of something more!ABC Imaging and its affiliated parties do not discriminate.
