Responsibilities:
As a wildlife roofer, you'll manage every step of the customer's journey from start to finish, upholding the high standards we've established at Pest Proof. More specifically, you will:
--- Inspect residences and commercial spaces to identify the issue
--- Determine the best, least invasive treatment for the problem
--- Identify opportunities to sell additional services and products to the customer in an effort to prevent future infestations
--- Complete paperwork and follow up with the customer after the service to check-in
--- Communicate treatment plans to the customer and answer questions

Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or GED preferred
--- Strong communication skills
--- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
--- Excellent problem-solving skills
--- Commitment to customer service
--- Deadline and detail-oriented
--- Valid driver's license
--- Positive, can-do attitude
--- Ability to work in all types of conditions and handle a physical workload
