amazing opportunity for an administrative professional - Executive
Assistant that can:* Assist the Executive Office Manager in
managing the activities of the executive office while assisting
other departments with various projects.* Prepare correspondence
and reports as directed.* Maintain records related to facility
policy manual.* Maintain complete and accurate general files.*
Serve as back up for performing administrative functions for
board-related matters.* Serve as back up to taking minutes for the
Board of Directors and assigned subcommittee meetings as directed
by supervisor.* Answer phone calls and takes messages as
appropriate.* Recommend procedural changes.* Interpret policies and
provide oral and/or written interpretations/procedures for
non-routine/complex problems referred by front line staff.*
Research, coordinate, and provide information to others as
directed.* Create complex spreadsheets for department and
operate/manage complex databases and other software using advanced
functions.* Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems.*
Devise procedures for complex or specialized functions.* Anticipate
and develop procedures/tools to prevent problems* Schedule,
organize, coordinate and arrange meetings including setting up
presentation rooms, obtaining required audio-visual equipment,
scheduling the orderof presentations, length, etc.* Prepare unique
reports, gather statistics based on information compiled.* Exercise
discretion in administrative policy interpretation.* Maintain
company policies and procedures manuals.* Works independently and
within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.*
Perform specialized administrative duties required to support
various departments using discretion to make judgments based on
operating guidelines.* Perform other administrative duties as
required to support the
mission.Experience/Skills/EducationRequired:* Associate's degree
(AA) or Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.* A
high level of competency of Microsoft Office programs.* General
knowledge of use of common office machines.Compensation &
