DescriptionPosition Objective:

• Through the practice of servant leadership; enhance people's lives; ensure the success of packaging equipment projects by planning and implementing recruitment marketing activities to safely deliver quality, best value products and services, on time, to internal and external customers.Primary Responsibilities: -
  • Plan and implement recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a target audience
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
  • Update and drive the college recruiting and career fair program
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent brand guidelines are maintained
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
  • Create designs that visually communicate messages to applicants and team members
  • Review and approve invoices related to recruitment activities
  • Recommend and support the implementation of best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Communicate openly, share knowledge, build positive collaboration between departments
  • Be actively engaged in continuous improvement projects and culture activitiesGeneral Responsibilities:
    • Adhere to, support and promote the Aagard vision and culture statements
    • Demonstrate professional, respectful interaction with other team members
    • Accurately and professionally represent Aagard to customers and vendors
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or related field plus 2+ years recruitment and marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
    • Passion for innovative HR/Recruiting solutions and process improvement
    • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment helpful
    • Experience with Microsoft products including proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Experience or training with computers and ability to learn and use Aagard specific software
    • Experience using Canva software helpful
    • Observant with attention to detail
    • Confidence and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers verbally and in writing, including presentation skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks
