Job Description HOSTESS Job Description: * Greet and seat
incoming guests and present with the menu. * Greet incoming and
departing guests. * Answer incoming calls and takes to-go orders. *
Use the POS system to place orders. * Manage the flow of guests;
provide wait times to incoming guests, if appropriate. * Attend to
special guest needs and requests. * Assist servers as needed by
refilling customers' beverages and helping clear tables. * Conducts
restroom checks and ensures restrooms are neat and stocked,
includes moping the floor and cleaning the restrooms. * Restock
to-go containers in the kitchen. * Roll silverware in napkins. *
Wipe down menu covers and condiment bottles. * Other related duties
