• Manage the support function for Alquemie Group Holdings' of the internal Helpdesk team
• Oversee the Incident Management process, ensuring that all incidents are accurately logged within the incident management system, and addressed within a timely manner
• Ensure that support coverage meets the needs of the business
• Visit stores and warehouses when required for troubleshooting or housekeeping purposes
• Participate in on-call help desk support after hours on a rotating schedule
• Document accurately in detail all reported problems, queries, or tasks in the incident management system (Zendesk)
• Keep across the latest technologies and make recommendations help drive continuous improve of the IT function.About you:
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Sound communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage face to face & remote stakeholders
  • Desktop/Laptop Hardware troubleshooting
  • iOS and Android Support
  • Window and MACOS troubleshooting
  • O365 experience
  • Experience with POS hardware and peripherals
  • Working with Active Directoryand Azure Active Directory
  • VOIP Telephony Support
  • Experience with the Apparel21 POS and ERP
