The Network Engineer will apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolves issues in order to maximize the performance of IT systems. As the Network Engineer, your role is to ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of current systems, and support the team as we innovate to create operational success on NextGen requirements.Must have a TS/SCI ClearanceBA Degree in IT related discipline (5 years of related technical experience may be substituted for education)--- At least 3 years of Cisco hardware configuration and maintenance experience5 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise-scale network environment.--- Proficient understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, and subnetting.--- Demonstrated proficiency with Cisco switches and Cisco ASA firewalls.--- Demonstrated experience with Tier II/III level troubleshooting.--- Demonstrated experience configuring various routing protocols.--- Experience with shell scripting.--- Hands on experience with firewalls.--- Hands on experience with Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, and Cisco ASA.--- Hands on experience with various cloud networking components.--- Experience with OpenVPN and WireGuard configurations.Founded in 2010, Sev1Tech provides IT, engineering, and program management solutions delivery.Sev1Tech focuses on providing program and IT support services to critical missions across Federal and Commercial Clients.
