CommIT is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the System of Systems (SoS) of Program Manager (PM) Air Command & Control and Sensor Netting (AC2SN), including Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S); Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS); and Composite Tracking Network (CTN) in Quantico, VA. This position will provide programmatic, test, and technical support to AC2SN ATO and non-ATO systems. Additionally, this position will be required to provide on-site operations and training support to include operational assessments/tests, engineering, and technical support. Responsibilities Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to- * Support the development and implementation of end-to-end Test & Evaluation support for PM AC2SN systems (CAC2S, TBMCS-MC and CTN). Support shall include developing operationally realistic test concepts, risk assessment determinations, operational data requirements, interface requirements, test planning, test execution and test reporting across the Command and Control (C2) framework of Joint Air Operations.* Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the implementation of PM AC2SN systems related to future Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) capabilities. Key activities include performing modeling and simulation work at the Virtual Warfare Center (VWC) in St. Louis, MO, and related venues in order to develop and test classified advanced concepts relating to Marine Corps C2 and integrated Naval IAMD operations.* Provide operational insight and software development feedback for the suite of emerging Air C2 applications. * Provide troubleshooting and develop resolutions for CAC2S and CAC2S external data and voice interface communications (such as RF Link-16, Joint Range Extension Applications Protocol (JREAP) A/B/C, Variable Message Format (VMF), CTN, TBMCS, Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS)), RF voice during system integration, test preparation and execution, and engineering efforts.* Provide PM AC2SN with Air C2 overall system of systems management expertise (e.g., system interoperability, designing system networks to meet information exchange requirements) specific to requirements definition, infrastructure design and software development activities for current and emerging USMC and Joint Air C2 systems.* Provide technical Air C2 domain knowledge to augment independent cybersecurity evaluation teams performing formal testing.* Participate in the PM AC2SN Configuration Control Board process.
