Sev1Tech is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team supporting a critical mission. As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for all aspects of windows server administration to include version upgrades, migrations, and application and server patching. May develop, run tests on, implement, and/or maintain operating system and related software. Establish and implement standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters. The System Administrator will troubleshoot and/or resolves software, operating system, and networking problems. Schedules, performs, or monitors system backups or, when necessary, performs data recoveries.Must have a Top Secret/SCI-Eligible ClearanceBachelor's degree in a field related to computer or information science or related fieldIAT II Level certification (Security+)5-7 years of overall IT experience3 years of specific Windows System Administration experienceExperience with Microsoft Server platforms and technologies; with an emphasis on Windows Server, System Center, VMware, Exchange Server, SQL Server, IIS Web Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Citrix, Group Policy administration, File/Print Server administration, Storage technologies, and Software Defined technologiesExperienced in managing and administrating systems update and patching in an enterprise environmentStrong organization and time management, problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills are requiredFounded in 2010, Sev1Tech provides IT, engineering, and program management solutions delivery.Sev1Tech focuses on providing program and IT support services to critical missions across Federal and Commercial Clients.
