Aerojet Rocketdyne has an opportunity for a Specialist Rocket Motor Operations Integrator / Manufacturing Engineer at our site near Culpeper, in rural Orange County, Virginia, a 1+ hour drive from Washington DC. At this location, we produce and develop a variety of solid rocket motors and energetic assemblies for rocket propulsion. In this role, you will develop the internal execution plans and interface with key team members to ensure alignment of site and program objectives. Key responsibilities include plan creation to seamlessly integrate manufacturing engineering, tool engineering/design, and manufacturing operations so products can be developed and delivered per schedule and budget targets to meet program needs. This position may be filled at this level or one level higher.
