SummaryPerforms general clerical duties for departments in the
Corporate Office location under direct supervision by performing
the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude
the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintains kitchen
supply inventory - orders supplies and stocks kitchens. Maintains
office coffee stations daily. Ships and receives incoming/outgoing
packages with pick-up and delivery. Answers telephone and directs
calls accordingly. Helps various departments with projects:
Stuffing envelopes, printing, copying, sorting, organizing.
Maintains office supply inventory for Corporate Office. Takes
orders, submits for approval, follow-up of orders and delivery of
office supplies to departments. Orders business cards, stationery
and envelopes and maintains inventory. Assist with departmental
moves. Assist in setting up meetings and luncheons. Maintain clean
and organized conference and meeting rooms. Competencies To perform
the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the
following competencies: Oral Communication - Communicates
professionally. Listens and gets clarification. Written
Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for
spelling and grammar. Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans
work activities; Uses time efficiently. Attendance/Punctuality - Is

instructions, responds to management direction; Takes
responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments. QualificationsTo
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

Education and/or Experience Experience in an office setting.
Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,

clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical
Skills No skills needed Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common
sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step
instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with
only occasional or no variables. Computer Skills To perform this
job successfully, an individual should be able to work in a
computerized environment and have knowledge of word processing and
spreadsheet software. Physical DemandsThe physical demands
