Job Description:
The THV clinical organization is a multi-functional team
supporting the product development lifecycle through groundbreaking
clinical trial design and execution from first in man through post
market surveillance, leading clinical evidence in THV worldwide.
The Senior Specialist Physician Training will partners with
stakeholders to develop and lead the execution of educational
programs for health care providers and internal product
trainings/sales trainings. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the
execution and development of training materials and programs for
post- product approval and commercialization in collaboration with
cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Clinical Affairs,
Regulatory Affairs, Legal)
* Establish relationships with training faculty members and key KOL
physicians to develop and improve training programs and materials
and incorporate best practices.
* Collaborate with faculty to develop training events (e.g.,
speaker programs, proctor webcasts)
* Responsible for successful execution of training programs. Ensure
completeness of training program evaluations
* Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure
consistent messaging adhere to training SOPs, compliance selection
and utilization of faculty members
* Act as a resource to HCP, leverage knowledge gained through
direct clinician interactions and relationships, in order to
address questions related to off label use of approved products
* Collaborate with team members to define metrics to assess
training effectiveness and impact
* Assess and provide feedback on educational events funded by
Medical Affairs through educational grants
* Other incidental duties
* Up to 50% travel Western US Region Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 5 year's experience of previously related
work experience Required Experience working in healthcare industry
or structural heart space, TAVR industry Preferred Additional
Skills: * Excellent organizational and project management
skills
* Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and
interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and
relationship management skills
* Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative
skills
* Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures,
and guidelines relevant to physician training
* Substantial understanding of related aspects of clinical
therapeutic areas
* Substantial knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and AdvaMed
requirements
* Strict attention to detail
* Ability to interact professionally with all organizational
levels
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced
environment
* Must be able to work in a team environment, working closely with
global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales
managers
* Develop the ability to interact with senior internal and external
personnel on assigned projects
* Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic
protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate
control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as
well as to the protection of environment and prevention of
pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our
overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive

this position is $101,000 to $118,000 (highly experienced). For New
York City, the base pay range for this position is $109,000 to
$128,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate
will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education,
