IMSolutions LLC is seeking a Senior Contract Closeout Specialist with a TS Clearance, (SCI Full Scope Poly eligible) to support our Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) client in Washington DC.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Provides expert advice to agency directors and senior staff in contract closeout administration and delivers executive level management and oversight to the contract closeout process. Reviews contracts for cradle-to-grave close out actions. At a minimum, supports COR/ACOR in the pre, post, and closeout of contract files. Attends meetings with COR/ACOR for the designated contract. Maintains general cognizance of the contractor's technical efforts and progress. Supports COR/ACOR in documenting issues in the COR/ACOR contract file to ensure mutual understanding. Contract Closeout support activities include, but are not limited to performing the following activities:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Require 9-12 years of experience performing relevant actions specific to contract closeouts with relevant experience within the last 2 years. Work is highly independent.
Meets all qualifications and skills of a Senior-Level, to include:
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of contract closeout activities required to meet mission requirements.
Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative acquisition and program management analytic methodologies and pursues developments in academia or other fields that contribute to enterprise/corporate level process improvement.
Demonstrates ability to design comprehensive, new, or unique process improvement enablers to further streamline Agency PPB&E facilitation.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of acquisition lifecycle operations, including financial execution concepts, and provides knowledge management across organizational and intra-IC boundaries to clearly articulate key findings.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
Demonstrates ability to review analytic program management data for cogent arguments, provide adequate support for conclusions, and routinely tests accuracy of analytic data.
EDUCATION : Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Top Secret Clearance Required (SCI and Full Scope Poly eligible)
