The International Licensing Analyst will function as an
export/import authority for Sikorsky Aircraft programs and
operations, providing guidance and analyses of U/.S/. governmental
export/import regulations /(ITAR/EAR/)/. The incumbent will support
the Global Commercial and Military Support Organization /(GCMS/)
and Global Sustainment /(GS/) Organization/.
Responsibilities include:
/- Plan and coordinate export/import authorization strategy to
support international business pursuits/.
/- Develop, prepare and submit various types of export/import
authorizations, including licenses, agreements, permits and
applicable exemptions and exceptions for the export or import of
goods, technology, and services/.
/- Maintain oversight and manage compliance with export/import
authorizations/.
/- Ensure technical specifications, documents, technology and
hardware to be exported to foreign parties satisfies license
requirements, protects intellectual and proprietary rights, and is
disclosed in accordance with company export procedures and
processes and under the authority of appropriate MLAs, TAAs,
licenses, exemptions or exceptions/.
/- conduct authorization compliance reviews, prepare reports and
other filings as required, and perform record management/.
/-Provide export/import and technology transfer guidance to
programs/.
/- Provide export/import compliance training, briefing and outreach
for employees
/- Review and approve international travel and visitor requests
/- Review and approve technical data and defense service
releases
/- Review and approve international shipments, freight forwarders,
routed transactions
/-Audit AES filings and resolve errors
/-Support and conduct review of jurisdiction and classification of
hardware, software and technical data/.
/- Support internal and corporate assessments and audits of
export/import activities/.
/- Support the development and implementation of export/import
guidance documents, policies, procedures and training/.
/- Lead, motivate, mentor and train program personnel responsible
for international activities/.Basic Qualifications:/- Experience
with U/.S/. export laws and regulations, specifically the
International Traffic in Arms Regulations /(ITAR/) and Export
Administration Regulations /(EAR/), Office of Foreign Asset
Controls /(OFAC/)
/-Experience drafting Agreements and AuthorizationsDesired
Skills:/- Knowledge and understanding of U/.S/. export laws,
regulations, and guidelines
