Job Description:
A workforce networking company has a current position open for a
Remote Business Excellence Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Assisting in the development of metrics, scorecards, and processes
related to business excellence
Analyzing data to proactively identify gaps in processes, training,
knowledge and technology
Coordinating with Operations team leads to identify coaching needs
for team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
2+ years of client facing experience, preferably in a start-up
environment
Strong business writing and communication abilities
Track record of over-achieving goals, while exhibiting proactive
behavior
Experience researching topics in international employment or
international business
