Job Description:

Essential Functions:

• Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
• Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from inception to conclusion of related projects in support of NGB J8 program requirements.
• Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
• Participate in all acquisition processes involving modernization systems to include Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processing and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) management.
  • Provide supporting research and information to perform analysis of Military Department Program Objective Memorandum and Presidential Budget Review by framing impacts to Senior Governance Council and General Officer programmers.
  • Exercised and tested programming and budgeting continuity plans with OSD, Joint Staff, Services and subordinate components to include the National Guard Bureau.     • Required to regularly sit, walk, and/or stand throughout various times during the day.

    • Position may require individual to work beyond the normal work day to support time sensitive projects Required Experience: Candidates should meet the following requirements in order to be considered for this position;
      • Must have over 10 years of related experience and a MA/MS degree
      • Active TS/SCI clearance required at the time of hire
