QED is looking for highly qualified Authority Coordinators to support DSCA in in ensuring that the PDA, MEP, CMP, and QMR templates and completed. see link for more information products, as well as the location of analyses, processes for planning them, and information systems for recording and sharingthem, remain aligned with the needs of each of the covered SC authorities..Responsibilities

Authority Coordinators will support DSCA in in ensuring that the PDA, MEP, CMP, and QMR templates and completed products, as well as the location of analyses, processes for planning them, and information systems for recording and sharing them, remain aligned with the needs of each of the sections of Title 10, Chapter 16 (332, 333, 1263, 341, 342, 345, 401, 2561, FMF, IMET, NADR, and PKO). Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • 3 years of experience planning, designing or implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects.
  • 3 years of experience planning, executing, or overseeing policy or guidance for SC activities implemented under sections 332, 333, 1263, 342, 345, 401, or 2561 of Title 10, Chapter 16.
  • Secret clearance.Preferred Qualifications
    • 5 years of experience and knowledge of public policy and operations,
    • 5 years of experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry.
    • Master's degree (or higher) and formal training or education in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.
    • 3 years of experience planning, designing or implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects.
    • 3 years of experience planning, executing, or overseeing policy or guidance for SC activities implemented under sections 332, 333, 1263, 342, 345, 401, or 2561 of Title 10, Chapter 16.
    • DoD Top Secret clearance.This position is for a proposal and is contingent upon the contract being awarded to our organization. A submitted application to QED in response to a position on a bid or proposal, indicates your agreement to be included in our submission to the client at least on an illustrative named basis.
