ManTech is seeking a subject matter expert to provide in-depth, hands-on, strategic support focused on ISR capability development in the information environment. We are seeking a professional with substantial experience leading and/or supporting Marine Corps operating forces and supporting establishment commands and activities engaged in scientific research and development; materiel and non-materiel development; National Intelligence Community support; experimentation and wargaming; and/or Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capability integration and sustainment activities.

This position requires an ACTIVE DoD TS/ SCI Security Clearance

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive level support to government leadership engaged in materiel development and integration of current and emerging ISR capabilities to include service-specific and joint programs of record.

  • Expertise will support and influence systems development and engineering, configuration and process management, and programmatics related to Marine Corps and joint ground, air, space, and sea-based capabilities.

  • Lead or participate in virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders across multiple mission profiles and organizations to support the timely delivery of capabilities that meet requirements and programmatic objectives.

  • Draw upon National Intelligence Community and Department of Defense (Marine Corps preferred) organizational experience to execute staff actions that support effective day-to-day operations.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis, develop courses of action, and present recommendations to leadership that resolve unique and challenging circumstances.

  • Operate in a dynamic and demanding environment within senior leadership span of control.

  • Develop detailed position papers, analytical studies, and related products designed to inform and influence senior leader decision making and day-to-day staff actions

Mandatory Skills:

  • Master's Degree (+15 years of experience) or Bachelor's Degree (+20 years of experience).

  • Ability to collaborate, communicate, and interact with senior government leadership.

  • Extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with ISR capabilities generally and Marine Corps specific ISR programs of record.

  • Extensive experience participating as a primary member/ SME on various technical teams related to operational and/or developmental projects throughout the entire system development life cycle resulting in successful final deliveries of technical solutions and capabilities suitable for enterprise and/or tactical environments.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting the Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise or similar DoD Enterprise Environments at senior levels of responsibility.

  • Demonstrated success in planning, coordinating, executing, and documenting project and program activities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Family of Software and Tools such as Office, Visio, SharePoint, Project.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with experience developing and delivering briefings for senior leaders.

  • Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
