Job Description As a Manual Pack Operator, you will be responsible
for assembling boxes, packing final brick bags, instructions, and
other materials into the packaging before shipment. This role
involves working in an assembly line format, standing shoulder to
shoulder with other operators for 12-hour shifts. The position
requires maintaining a tidy and clean work area and ensuring the
production line operates smoothly without unplanned downtime.
Responsibilities Assemble boxes and pack materials according to
specifications. Maintain machinery and ensure the workspace is
clean and organized. Perform various tasks along the production
line to ensure continuous flow. Report on production performance
and adhere to stringent quality standards. Identify and report any
quality issues or failures promptly. Collaborate with team members
to ensure smooth operations and communication. Support machine
cleaning, changeovers, and quality inspections. Uphold the values
and standards of the LEGO® Group in daily operations. Essential
Skills Experience in packaging, production equipment, and quality
inspection. Familiarity with assembly line operations and material
handling. 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
Experience in quality control, inventory management, and machine
operation. High School Diploma/GED preferred. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Basic and special knowledge in packing and material
handling. Ability to make a box in less than 2 seconds. Capability
to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in environments where performance
is measured. No unexplained large gaps in employment. Why Work

environment is a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility in
Colonial Heights, featuring packaging operations, a warehouse, and
a training center. Employees are provided with lockers for personal
items, and there is a canteen/breakroom available. The dress code
prohibits jewelry, phones, fake nails, fake lashes, nail polish,
and hoodies. The facility upholds strict safety and cleanliness
standards to ensure a productive work atmosphere. Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colonial
Heights, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$19.15 - $19.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
