At Nature's Touch, growth opportunities are everywhere! Position Overview We are seeking dependable individuals to join us at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. We have a variety of positions available across different departments. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career, we invite you to explore the opportunities with us. Positions include: Production Operators Quality Assurance Sampling Tech Maintenance Technicians General Warehouse Forklift Operators Must be able to work in a negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who are: Motivated and enthusiastic about their work. Team players with strong communication skills. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and adaptable to varying job demands and conditions. Experience in the food industry. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience may be required based on position. Bilingual-Spanish and English is a plus! Work Location & Working Conditions This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility. The schedule is Monday to Friday. 1st Shift 6:45am-3:15pm Mid Shift 12:00pm-8:30pm (Shift Differential $0.50/hour) 2nd Shift 2:45pm-11:15pm (Shift Differential $1.00/hour) Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
