Job Description Job Description Commercial Delivery & Warehouse Specialist (Non-CDL) Location: 336 Poplar Street, Columbia, PA 17512, USA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | First Shift (No Weekends) Join Our Commercial Operations Team Batteries Plus supports fleets, healthcare systems, contractors, and municipalities across the region. Our Commercial Delivery & Warehouse Specialists ensure those customers receive the right products - on time, every time. This role is primarily route-based delivery with warehouse support between runs. If you're dependable, physically capable, and looking to build a long-term career in logistics and operations, this is a strong opportunity. Pay & Schedule $18.50 - $22.50 per hour Monday-Friday First Shift (No Weekends) Hourly pay performance incentives Skill-based raises as certifications and responsibilities grow What You'll Do Drive established commercial routes across South Central PA & Northern MD Deliver batteries and power solutions to business clients Provide professional, reliable customer service during deliveries Load, unload, and organize warehouse inventory Maintain delivery vehicles and report service needs Use digital tools for routing and order management Obtain DOT and forklift certification (company paid) Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for someone who: Has demonstrated reliability and solid job tenure Is comfortable driving daily and handling physical work Can lift up to 70 lbs regularly Works independently while staying accountable Wants to grow into logistics, fleet, warehouse lead, or operations roles Growth Opportunity We are a locally owned Batteries Plus organization with 6 retail locations , supported by a central warehouse and commercial sales department.
