Now, we’re looking for a Senior Trial Attorney to help us take our litigation team to the next level. The Role This position is for a true trial lawyer —not someone who delegates depositions or settles early to avoid the courtroom. You’ll lead litigation from complaint through verdict, trying cases in both General District and Circuit Court, including jury trials. If you're an experienced personal injury litigator who thrives in the courtroom and wants to lead from the front, apply. Your Core Responsibilities Handle plaintiff-side personal injury cases from filing through trial. Conduct jury and bench trials at all levels of court in Virginia. Draft pleadings, argue motions, depose witnesses, and manage discovery. Advise clients with compassion, confidence, and clarity. Mentor junior litigation staff and collaborate across teams. Required Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. 5 years of first-chair litigation experience in personal injury. Proven track record in both Circuit and Federal courts. Strong command of the Virginia Rules of Evidence and Civil Procedure.
